My Thoughts on Drugstore Makeup Products

Happy Spring Everyone. Here are some drugstore products I have recently purchased. I would like to share my thoughts and opinions. It's a mix of Nyx, Revlon & Wet & Wild all which are very affordable.

Let Me start off with the Wet & Wild Shimmer Palettes which are part of the Fergie Centerstage Collection.

I have two of the shimmer palettes
Rose' Champagne Glow & Rose Golden Goddess.

Rose' Champagne on the right & Rose Golden Goddess on the left.
As you can see from the swatch they are very pigmented they show up beautiful on all skin tones. The Rose' Champagne is gorgeous right on top of the cheek bone as well as a little on the cupids bow.
The Rose Golden is much deeper and can be used on top of the cheek bone as well or lightly dusted over your blush for a nice subtle glow.

Next is the Nyx products which I love. There is a cream blush in Boho Chic, A powder blush in pinched, a matte lipstick in natural, a cream finish in Tea Rose, a butter one in Razzle Fiesta & another butter one in Sweet Tart.

Lets start with the cream blush it is very creamy and glides on beautifully. However, on my skin tone it does not show up as I would of hoped. However, on fair skin this will be gorgeous. As far as the powder blush in pinched let me just say stunning. Its so pigmented and smooth great on any skin tone, it's a pretty deep pink color thats the way I see it anyway.

On the left is the powder blush in pinched so vibrant I love it.
on the right  is the Cream blush  In Boho chic a beautiful color
just not dark enough for me.

Lets go on to the lipsticks. I love them all. They are very pigmented.
They glide on and stay on. In my opinion they need nothing else on top.  Starting from the left the colors are as follows

Sweet Tart, Razzle Fiesta, Tea Rose & Natural
You won't be disappointed.

Next is the Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights.
I love them. I have two colors Pink light & Peach light Im not sure how many colors they come in. These skin lights are gorgeous but they are a little runny and they have a strange smell to them oddly enough I like the smell. They can be used in specific spots on the face like above the cheekbones, the cupids bow, under the eyebrow etc.....u catch my drift. Also they can be mixed in with your foundation for an all over glow. Either way Im sure you will love them and the end result is simply beautiful.

From left to right the colors are
Pink Light & Peach Light.

I hope you try out these projects I'm sure you will love them as much as I do. Until next time stay safe and have a Great Day!!!

Love Renee
XOXO
